Symposium on Finance, Banking, and Insurance
Every three years, Prof. Dr. Martin Ruckes, Prof. Dr. Maxim Ulrich, Prof. Dr. Christof Weinhardt and Prof. Dr. Marliese Uhrig-Homburg jointly organize the Symposium on Finance, Banking, and Insurance. The conference traditionally serves as a meeting place and link between theory and practice.
Based on this concept, the conference has become the largest of its kind in the German-speaking countries. Over three days, more than 100 speakers will discuss a broad spectrum of financial topics. Usually, about 500 participants have the unique opportunity to gain an insight into the latest theoretical and practical developments. The international reputation of the conference is evident from the fact that several Nobel Prize winners have visited Karlsruhe in recent years.
Further information can be found on the homepage of the symposium.
